WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY?

  • Full refund if you choose to cancel 72 hours before scheduled charter*
  • No refund if you choose to cancel less than 72 hours before scheduled charter
  • Full refund if the Captain cancels before your scheduled charter due to unsafe water or weather conditions*
  • For the safety of our captain and crew, customers who are verbally/physically aggressive and/or unreasonably rude upon arrival, or at any time during the trip, will immediately have their trip canceled with no refund.

*2-4% card processing fee will not be refunded. This fee is already included in the price you pay.
